Dear [Firstname]
Welcome to the current edition of Psych Press' monthly newsletter series. Given the Queensland economy is expected to contract next year for the first time since ’82-3, and with NSW looking at a 1.3bn deficit, the impact on workforces across the country will continue to test HR capabilities. We believe that the ideas and approaches in the articles below may provide some “navigational beacons” as we all steer our organisations through some difficult economic conditions.
In this issue we have presented articles on Teams (both Executive and General) and how to engage and develop your people to mutually develop both them and your organisation.
Articles featured are contributions of respected professionals in this area and reflect the need to continue to effectively build organisational capabilities and nurture growth - despite current economic challenges.
If you would like to publish an article of your own within our newsletter, or offer feedback or open a discussion on specific issues, please contact Ms Nitha Prakash on pp@psychpress.com.au. We welcome your comments.
