The Work Safety Test is designed to screen and identify employees who are likely to be involved in workplace accidents, exhibit unsafe behavior and be less aware of hazards in the workplace. In only 15 -20 minutes, the Work Safety Test provides a quick, reliable, and detailed online assessment identifying which employees are likely to be involved in a workplace accident.
What the Work Safety Test Measures
Personality and cognitive factors such as awareness have proven to be the most effective factors in predicting job-related injuries. Many work safety tests have been based on factors which have since shown by research proven to be irrelevant in predicting work-related behaviour, such as safety perceptions and workplace culture The Work Safety Test is based on factors shown by research to directly predict workplace accidents. By utilizing personality and cognitive factors as predictors, the Work Safety Test is a step forward in the assessment of employees’ likelihood of OH&S accidents.
