Team building research has consistently suggested that teams who engage in team building, have the ability to outperform individuals within the organisations. This is due to the capacity of team building to develop teams which are effective, efficient and cohesive. Despite the potential of building a team, a failure to understand and manage the diverse factors that influence teams can impede the ability of team building to improve team effectiveness.
DESCRIPTION
TeamBuilder® identifies the aspects of your team which are in need of team building, by allowing team members to provide anonymous feedback regarding eleven team-related attributes. These eleven research-based attributes are believed to be critical for team building success and address areas ordinarily neglected by routine performance reviews, including:

BRIEF TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Each of the eight TeamBuilder® scales are highly reliable, with internal reliability coffecients (Cronbach's Alpha) ranging from .80 - .93. This allows TeamBuilder® to provide a reliable measure of each team member's perceptions of team functioning. When feedback for a whole team is combined, TeamBuilder® assessments provide an even more reliable assessment of perceived team functioning.
